Disclosure and transpar- ency The Company adopts a policy of disclosure and transparency as stipulated in the corporate gov- ernance regulations and the re- quirements of presentation and disclosure while preparing this report in order to ensure that the correct information is delivered to its intended audience such as shareholders, financiers, regula- tors, etc. This chapter describes some information related to ac- counting disclosure, the extent of compliance with corporate governance standards, details related to the Board of Directors and its committees, as well as information about the executive management and their relevant tasks.
