Participating in the overseas Employment Expo.
Establishing assessment centers to select newly graduated talents.
Reviewing and re-organizing some procedures of human resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiency Launching “Maher” (skilled) program which aims to develop capacity and talents by recruiting fresh graduates and taking them under an intensive training plan Launching “Salam” (Performance Management System) program related to reviewing staff performance through revising the mechanism adopted and developing procedures and training. Implementing “Marhaba” (hello) program which provides a comprehensive understanding of shipping industry, which included a review of the latest developments and details on the Company’s related sectors, in addition to a visit to the port and vessels to better understand the operational side Launching an English language program
