Bahri, the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia,was established by Royal Decree no. M/5 as a public shareholding Company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on January 22, 1978 The Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) holds a 22 percent ownership stake and Saudi Aramco Development Company (SADCO) holds 20 percent.
Since its inception four decades ago, Bahri has grown from a small shipping firm operating multipurpose vessels to becoming one of the largest transportation providers in the world and today occupies a leading position in the global consecutive years of continuous operations and aim to facilitate further development and success as well as building a robust network of customers inside and outside the Kingdom.
