What is your perception of human capital development and Saudization in enhancing the company’s growth? Bahri has a firm commitment to genuinely foster Saudization initiatives and to support the promising young cadres in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with skills and knowledge. One of Bahri’s strategic priority is the investment in human capital. We have a clear vision to develop an integrated strategy and systems to attract, manage, develop and retain competent professionals and to provide them with a productive work environment where they can develop and grow within the company. Bahri offers several professional development programs specially tailored for university graduates. Graduate Development Program (GDP) is launched to prepare qualified and creative talents systematically working in rotation at multiple departments and businesses in an effort to preparing Bahri’s future leaders who are majored in several fields; such as human resources, freight management, customs clearance, ICT, communication, PR, marketing, compliance strategies, risk management, logistics and accounting. As Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and Aramco are among the largest shareholder of Bahri, what is their role in promoting the company’s strategy to achieve its vision? We are fortunate to have these two business giants among our shareholders. Their contribution is of great value that enhances Bahri’s vision and develops its business in all fields. Each of PIF and Aramco has two representatives on our board of directors.
