Red Sea Tourism Project predict that the revenues will exceed the 15 billion riyals per year
The Red Sea Project is one of the most important economic sectors in of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It contributes to a qualitative leap in the concept of tourism and hospitality, also in deepening the concept of medical tourism and diversifying its forms. It is based on one of the most beautiful natural sites in the world. The government has successfully signed agreements of cooperation with the world’s largest and most important hospitality companies and hotels to develop exceptional resorts on more than 50 natural islands with a length of more than 200 km. It will be declared as a special area where systems will be applied according to best practices and international expertise to fulfill the project’s goals and put it on the map of global competition. The economic studies of the Red Sea Tourism Project predict that the revenues will exceed the 15 billion riyals per year, added to the gross domestic product in the Kingdom, as well as achieve huge development gains and create jobs estimated at 35 thousand jobs once all stages are completed. The strategic plan of the Red Sea Tourism Project is based on the principles of deepening the return and attracting abroad capital to the nation. The economic studies include that the Public Investment Fund is the pioneer and main investor in developing the project and attracting local and international investors. The project is one of the giant of its kind that will lead domestic and foreign investment to generate strong financial returns that lead to high job growth, increased GDP, and exploitation of the Kingdom’s natural resources. Many factors emphasize the uniqueness and success of the Red Sea Tourism Project. The islands between the two cities of Amlaj and Al-Wajh are characterized by their white sandy beaches. And Fisheries are varied, as their beaches are among the best homes of many birds and animals; 12 species of whales, dolphins, reptiles, vertebrates, and different types of trees such as: Shura, but known coral reef,
الطبيعية المتنوعة وخصائصها الكثيرة المتميزة”. من جانبه صرح رئيس اللجنة السياحية بغرفة الشرقية رائد المرباطي: “إن توجه رؤية المملكة ً وتاريخيا ً لاستغلال الأصول غير المفعلة طبيعيا سوف يسهم بشكل كبير في تعظيم الدخول الاقتصادية وإبراز مكانة المملكة على المستوى العالمي بتغيير صورتها النمطية بأنها مجرد اقتصاد نفطي فقط لكن التعريف بمكانتها الجديدة وما تملكه من قطاعات استثمارية ذات جذب عالمي سوف يكون له مردود واضح خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة”. وأضاف: “إن مشاريع البحر الأحمر المستهدفة على حركة رأس المال ً سوف تنعكس إيجابيا وعمليات الاقتراض المصرفي أيضا على قطاع التأمين الذي سيكون له أهميته في مجمل أن تتجه الكثير من رؤوس ً المشاريع متوقعا الأموال السعودية والأجنبية للاستثمار فيها، ومشروع البحر الأحمر ليس إلا بداية في مخطط يمكن من خلاله تحقيق 2030 رؤية المملكة الاستقلالية عن أسعار النفط وبادرة تاريخية سوف تسعى كافة الدول النفطية لتبنيه ً ونموذجا في الفترة المقبلة”. ويؤكد الخبير الاقتصادي وعضو اللجنة العقارية في مجلس الغرفة التجارية السعودية الدكتور عبدالله المغلوث: “إن التسويق الذي انتهجته الجهات الاقتصادية لمشروع البحر الأحمر واعتباره ساهم في التعريف بأهمية المشروع ً وطنيا ً توجها وتوجيه الأنظار العالمية والمحلية لإمكانية الاستثمار فيه وما يحققه من عائدات كبرى خلال أن الركود الذي يعانيه ً سنوات قليلة موضحا

يدفع بالكثير للبحث عن ً الاقتصاد العالمي حاليا أفكار جديدة ومشاريع حديثة تجذب الجهور وتحقق الربحية المتوقعة”. واعتبر عضو اللجنة العقارية في مجلس الغرفة بين المشاريع ً التجارية أن المقارنات التي تتم حاليا التي تستهدفها رؤية المملكة وما يوجد في الدول المحيطة يؤكد أن المملكة تتجه في طريق واضح المعالم ومدروس النتائج يحقق لها الريادة الاقتصادية في السنوات المقبلة. وما 2030 لا شك أن توجهات المملكة ورؤيتها يسعى إليه صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان ولي العهد ونائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء يستهدف بشكل كامل تحويل اقتصاد المملكة ، يمكنه جذب ً وتوجهاتها إلى اقتصاد منافس عالميا استثمارات وتوفير فرص عمل جديدة ترفع من المستوى المعيشي للمواطنين.
