البحري نظمت لأعضاء ً اجتماعا المنظمة البحرية الدولية لاستعراض التقدم في قطاع ً النقل محليا ً وإقليميا
In line with its constant support to Saudi government initiatives and the role it is acting in accelerating the international maritime trade growth, senior representatives from Bahri joined other members of a KSA delegation recently in participating in board meetings of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), which took place at the agency’s headquarters in London, UK. The meetings come as part of the Kingdom’s preparations to submit its candidacy for the membership of the IMO Council under Category (C). As part of its efforts to showcase the progress made by Saudi Arabia in improving maritime safety and infrastructure and present the Kingdom’s case for election to the Council – which is the apex body responsible for supervising the work of the Organization – Bahri hosted a breakfast meeting for IMO members yesterday during which the attendees reviewed the efforts initiated by the various stakeholders. Senior Bahri officials who participated in the discussions included Mr. Wael bin Mohammed Al-Sarhan, Senior Vice President – Marketing, and Mr. Abdulaziz Sabri, Vice President, Bahri Ship Management. Besides, Bahri had a morning meeting for the IMO Council members, discussing the firm moves and progress of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of maritime safety and infrastructure. العربية السعودية في مجال تحسين السلامة البحرية والبنية التحتية، كما تم عرض حالة ترشيح المملكة على المجلس ومقدار الجهود التي تبذلها مختلف الأطراف المعنية من المملكة لتكون في مصاف الدول العالمية في هذا المجال. وبهذه المناسبة، قال الأستاذ وائل بن محمد السرحان نائب الرئيس التنفيذي الأول للتسويق في شركة البحري: “لطالما دعمت البحري لت المملكة ّ مبادرات الحكومة السعودية، ومث في اجتماعات ومؤتمرات إقليمية ودولية هامة للنهوض بسمعة قطاع النقل البحري في المملكة وتعزيز مصالحها الاستراتيجية. وتحرص البحري، بصفتها أحد الأطراف الأساسية في
